These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of all products and services offered by hybet. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms in full.
All hybet users must be at least 21 years old and physically located within PAGCOR's regulated jurisdiction. Registration constitutes a declaration of eligibility under Philippine law.
All transactions at hybet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other approved channels are subject to the payment terms set out in Section 7 of this Agreement.
Bonuses offered by hybet are subject to wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Misuse of promotional offers, including multi-accounting, results in forfeiture and account suspension.
hybet enforces responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players bear responsibility for their own conduct in accordance with Section 12.
Each hybet account must be registered to a single verified individual. KYC documentation is required before first withdrawal. Players are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account credentials.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction, with regulatory escalation available through PAGCOR for unresolved complaints.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager on hybet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. hybet will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the Platform or to your registered email address where practicable.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to this Agreement. You agree that you are the sole authorised user of your Account and that no third party may participate in your gaming activity through your credentials.
Access to hybet's Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
hybet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where age cannot be conclusively verified, hybet will suspend access to the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification. Any winnings generated by a Player subsequently found to be under 21 years of age shall be forfeited and the deposited principal returned in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
To access hybet's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent verification process is truthful and not misleading in any material respect.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with hybet. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or collusive accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, hybet requires the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to:
hybet may, at its discretion and as required by applicable AML regulations, request additional documentation including proof of address, proof of source of funds, or proof of income. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by hybet may result in Account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.
hybet is required to comply with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended. All suspicious transactions are reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required. Players must not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. hybet will never request your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.
You agree to:
hybet shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your Account credentials shall be attributed to you and shall be binding upon you, regardless of whether such activity was authorised.
You agree that you shall not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
hybet reserves the right to take all necessary legal and administrative action against Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
All transactions on the Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Approved deposit channels currently available to Filipino Players include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Approved channels may be updated from time to time at hybet's discretion.
hybet reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, an unresolved KYC requirement, an active investigation, a contested chargeback, or a violation of these Terms.

The following general betting rules apply to all games and wagering activity on the Platform:
From time to time, hybet offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game content, software, user interface design, trademarks, logos, sound recordings, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of hybet or is licensed to hybet by its respective third-party providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hybet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the real money funds held in your Wallet at the time the relevant claim arose.
hybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits hybet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
hybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and take immediate effect upon activation from the Account settings panel:

hybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account for cause, hybet reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable AML review period.
A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting hybet's customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) Philippine business days. Any outstanding balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment account, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC.
hybet collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at hybet.biz/privacy-policy and incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by hybet includes, but is not limited to: registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, game activity logs, device and browser data, and customer support correspondence. This data is processed for purposes including account administration, payment processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting.
hybet retains personal data for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of Account closure, or longer where required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Your rights with respect to your personal data are set out in full in the Privacy Policy.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of hybet's services, you agree to first contact hybet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. hybet will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) Philippine business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through hybet's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. This right is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement that are not resolved through the foregoing dispute resolution process.
hybet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect Player rights, financial terms, or dispute resolution procedures — hybet will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email to the registered address of active account holders.
Amendments that are required urgently by law, regulatory instruction from PAGCOR, or court order may take effect with less than fourteen (14) days' notice or immediately, as required by the relevant authority.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
